Before you submit a piece to Starry-Dynamo, please read the following submission rules.

1. Inclusion of a work in the Starry-Dynamo showcase is at the sole discretion of the owners of Starry-Dynamo.com. While the owners will exercise no artistic or editorial control over the submitted pieces, we reserve the right to reject or remove any material that, in our sole discretion, is illegal, subjects Starry-Dynamo.com to liability or violates this Submission Policy. 2. You shall not post on this site any material which (a) is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, harassing or threatening; (b) contains viruses or other contaminating or destructive features; (c)violates the rights of others, including, but not limited to Data Files which infringe the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or violate any right of privacy or publicity; or (d)otherwise violates applicable law. 3. Starry-Dynamo.com offers no warranties or guarantees of any kind. Starry-Dynamo.com will not be liable to any submittor for any harm that may occur through their use of Starry-Dynam.com 4. You specifically agree and acknowledge that you have reviewed this submission policy and further acknowledge that you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy.

HOW TO SUBMIT: If possible, please post the file on your site, along with any working files such as .psds or .flas, that you wish to make available for collaboration. Email the address of that location to us at: submissions@starry-dynamo.com. Also include an artist's bio, your terms of usage, the address of your site, and, please, the part of Howl that inspired you to create the piece. If you want to also create the html page which encloses your colaboration on another artist's piece, please include that as a text file. All submissions will be reviewed promptly. Stretch your minds and your talents.
